He also worked for five years at Bain & Company, where he led growth strategy, operations, and marketing initiatives in the technology, media, consumer products, private equity, and retail industries.Erik has spoken on entrepreneurship and corporate strategy at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Pomona College, and the Rady School at UC San Diego. He is an advisor to numerous start-ups including Identified (acquired by Workday), 6Sense, 1app, The Team Group, and Kelvin Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Pomona College and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Philanthropy is a core value for Erik, who was part of the initial team at The Bridgespan Group and currently sits on the Advisory Board of East Palo Alto Charter School & Phoenix Academy.
